What is Creative Body Release
Creative Body Release is an approach to whole-body learning — part science, part artistry, part erotic education. It’s been my path of learning and living for over 30 years and I am thrilled to share it with you.
Creative Body Release is all about learning to let go of what no longer serves you. It's how I teach people to understand their arousal system, nervous system, and emotional system as one interconnected field. And when we are daring and willing to be curious and include our sexuality, our eroticism, into that field, there is tremendous opportunity for transformation and release.
Creative Body Release is grounded in neuroscience and sensory-motor integration, this work helps you fill in gaps in your education through real-time skill-building.
You’re not being “treated", you’re being taught — with clear steps, guided practice, self-assessment techniques, and feedback that ultimately puts your well-being into your own hands.
CBR believes inclusion of sexual health is the only way to approach whole body health. Integrating Somatic Sex Education and Sexological Bodywork in both virtual and in-person formats allows all of you to be seen, heard, and guided with compassion, care, and a sprinkle of levity.✨
This is wholistic sexual health education for modern life.
Coaching + Teaching for Whole-Body Sexual Health
Think back to high school: it wasn’t uncommon for the same person who coached baseball to also teach algebra. In education, those who guide movement, skills practice, and teamwork are also expected to teach and assess conceptual learning. CBR works the same way—it’s an educational model that blends roles: part coach, part teacher, part tutor—bringing motivation, clarity, and personalized guidance together.
Creative Body Release applies this model to sexual health as whole-body health. This is health coaching and education centered on well-being and demystifying the complex systems that play into dis-ease. It follows the principles of accountability and client-led change, while also bringing forward decades of training that offer unique problem-solving when clients—or referring providers—ask, “What else is possible?”

Let’s Have An Introductory Conversation
The first step begins with an email.
Please fill out this contact information and also let me know how you found me and if you are seeking 1-1 assistance as a client or if you are a provider interested in mentoring, referring, or case consultations.
I will respond with a personalized (not automated) email to set up a time for us to virtually meet and see if I can be a helpful guide for what you are seeking. It may take me a few days to get back to you, but I will do my best to respond in a timely manner.
Please do not share sensitive or explicit information on this form. I will guide you through a pace for revealing vulnerable needs, wants, and desires that feels comfortable and contained for both of our comfort and discretion.
I look forward to meeting and connecting with you.
